Creta Maris Hotel - Meeting Venue - Other hotels
All events of the European Worm Meeting 2006, including lunches, dinners and the gala dinner for the participants, will be held in the Creta Maris Hotel and Conference Centre.
Besides Creta Maris, there are four more hotels in the surrounding area (at walking distance from the meeting venue) available for booking, spanning a wide range of category and prices.
Special Meeting Rates
Reduced hotel rates have been arranged with the hotels and the meeting venue. Please note that the hotels will accept reservations at the special meeting rates (with prices starting at 24 Euros per person, per night), only if booked through the Meeting Secretariat. All hotels are located in Hersonissos, approximately 24 Km east from Heraklion International Airport [HER].
All participants and their accompanying people are entitled to the meeting-only special rates throughout the meeting period, including any consecutive additional days before or after the meeting, and up until the 8th of May, 2006.
Hotel Reservation
You should indicate your preference for accommodation on the accommodation form. Please note that reservations will be on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. In case there is no availability at the hotel of your choice, you will be notified by e-mail in order to proceed with a new request.
Hotel reservation will not be considered finalized until payment is confirmed. Accommodation reservations will be confirmed.
